Rest...

Boys and girls, always remember that it's not how long you stay in the gym that makes u grow. It's the quality of ur workouts. And of course nutrition after ur workouts. And one more, rest.. When u have finally finished a day of a gruelling workout and u feel that u have gven ur 100℅, then listen to your body, u nid to get some rest to really benefit from that workout... Til next tym!
