Hello boys n gerls! In my previous post entitled "back", i mentioned that i have finally found an exercise for widening ur lats. What makes this so important to all trainers is, the width of the lats helps create emphasis on your v-taper. Here it is. The lat pulldown -- when doing this exrcise, concentrate on bringing the bar down to ur clavicles. Not to the middle of the chest, because this causes u to lean backwards too much. By concentrating on bringing the bar down to ur clavicles, u get a squeezing action in the middle of ur back and helps u achieve the pump in the side of ur lat muscles. Thus widening the bellies of the lats. A lot of newbie trainers oftn make mistakes by leaning back too much while doing this exercise. By doing so, the stress transfers to the biceps and not the lats are pumped. Ok so now u got the knwledge of lat pulldowns, why nt give it a try?
