burning down the chest continued...

To continue on my last post, i wil gve u the step by step instruction of burning dwn ur chest. 1st ws d warmups, nw we'l hav to move on to the main dish. When u fil ur muscles loosen w d wrmup sets, take a breather 4 about 1 minute tops. It should b enuf 4 u to gain back m0re strength. Now, load ur bench press w 50% of your bodyweight and crank out reps without counting them. Stop when u cn do no m0re. Do 6 sets of bnch presses with increments of 50% in poundage. Muv on to flyes w 6 sets. the ryt way to perform flyes is to nevr let d bells touch at the top of the movement, ths wil only take the stress off ur chest. instead, stop about 4 inches short of letting them touch. ul fil d difrnce when u try it. and of course get a full stretch.. thats it 4 nw. to be continued...
