what pisses you off inside the gym...
we all have our shares of bad gym day. it's days like when you're ready for a superset and your gym has limited resources/equipments to accomodate your hardcore needs. but this instance is quite tolerable, because you can always improvise and adjust to what the gym has to offer. it's days like when newbie trainers are in the same place as you are. yes, those skinny weaklings or fat bastards training in the same time slot as you are. damn, they meke limited equipments even more limited. because this weaklings, as the newbie that they are, they don't know the do's and don'ts in training. these are the people who take their rest periods in the bench press, the lat pulldown stations and so on.. they don't even stand up after a set.. and worse, it takes too long for them to get back to another set... like 10 mins... yeah! how about you? what mekes you tick when ur in the gym?
