that feeling after a great workout...
nothing compares to that feeling when u leave the gym knowing you've given your body some brutal punishing to make it look better... yes, i can say it's better than sex. but it's having a good body that gives you a lot of sex... hahahaha! ok, so i'm gonna share with you what i did 2nyt in the gym. i worked out my back and shoulders. first i had 20 rep warmups with the lat pulldowns until i felt my back muscles thicken a bit from the pump. rested for a couple of minutes and increased the weight 50% for my second set. i won't mention how much weight so you pencilnecks won't have to be discouraged right away. hehe. i did 4 sets of the lat pulldowns increasing the weight by 50% in every set. my back was screaming at this point. after, i moved to the seated rows with cables. i did the same procedure here keeping my back straight and perpendicular to the floor at the top of the movement. this way u will prevent straining your lower backs. ok, after that i knew it was time for some serious pundage of heavy deadlifts. did the same procedure up till i was pumping 360 lbs off the floor! oops, sorry guys... hehehehe. just to motivate u there.. 3 sets of these and i'm off to have a good dinner at home and relax. write this blog down so u guys can keep track of the monster plan... 2morow i'm going to have a well deserved rest. yes, away from the gym. our bodies need that too you know.... so till next tym..
