My backfield in motion...




We all want a massive back because that is where the muscle is.. The whole back region is composed of so much muscle that if we can develop it to its fullest, we could gain like 30 lbs of muscle alone. Before, my weakest bodypart to train was my back. After years and years of training, i still couldnt have my back brought up. After 3 years of consecutive training without having any improvement on my back, i thought there is something wrong with my training. Bfore i used to break up my training for back because of its complexity. Like 1st week il train for lat width exercises. The next il train for lat thickness. I realized i wasnt able to totally exhaust the whole back region. So it was time for some workout overhauling then. I started to incorporate all back exercises in one workout session. It was exhausting at 1st but after having done the routine 4 3 weeks, i started getting a whole lot stronger. And started to feel the thickness in my back.
