Arms day...

Hello everyone! Today is arms day. I will workout my arms to a new level. In over 3 weeks, i have gained 1 inch on my arm size. Let me tell u all about it. On how i have managed to gain that size in such a short time. 1st of all i have made drastic changes in the way i performed arm exercises. I reshuffled the order of my exercises, and I've added more sets and reps in every exercises, realizing that biceps and triceps muscles should be worked with more sets and reps and they recover faster than any other muscle group in our body. I've changed the way i focus wen doing arm exercises. Usually wen i worked arms, i just rock my way doing curls forgetting the form i use. But this time it's all about strict repetitions and proper form. Not to forget heavy poundage which will give us that overall mass we're after. I used to pump my triceps first, everytime I workout arms because it was my weakest body part. But now that my triceps have finally caught up with size and strength, i switched to doing biceps work at the beginning of every arm workout. that way I can shock the arms.
 
I will hit off with a warmup set of barbell curls with wide grip and close grip to focus more on the outer head of my biceps. 1 warmup set will do with the lightest weight on the bar. then i go up with 20 pound increment. I don't stop doing sets until I feel I can do no more.
 
moving on to the next exercise, is the concentration curls. the heaviest weight possible for me, 4  sets and bingo. next will be triceps exercise...
